This was the last year that Park St was the restaurant at the Fair. we chose to utilize a cooperative business model. There were three ways to participate. Big Wigs were the movers and shakers (coordinators and management). The super stars exchanged their volunteerism for a pass at the fair. The Big Bucks provided the financial support. We split our profits between ourselves and Whitebird.
